BOMA Greater Charlotte SRC 2027 Sponsorship Policies
By choosing to sponsor for the SRC, you are agreeing to the following SRC 2027 terms:
- Cancellations and/or substitutions must be made in writing by email to the Sponsorship committee by 5 pm, March 1st.
- If your sponsorship includes a Welcome Bag item (denoted by *), you will need to have item approved by SRC Committee no later than March 1st, so please plan accordingly.
- If your sponsorship includes ticket for a full conference registration or a ticket to specific evening events, it will be indicated in the details. If it is not indicated in the sponsorship catalog, it is not included in your sponsorship and you will need to purchase a full registration for each individual who plans to participate in any of the conference events.
- Upon payment of your sponsorship, provide your company logo as directed. Once payment is received, your company logo will be promoted and your company recognized.
- By securing a BOMA SRC 2027 sponsorship, you acknowledge that you are authorized by your company to make this purchase and agree to pay the total amount of the sponsorship.
- All sponsorships $5,000 and below must be paid by card and credit card fees will be applied to your order.
- Any sponsorships greater than $5,000 can either be paid by card or check. If paid by card, processing fees will be applied to your order.
- Your sponsorship is not considered sold until paid in full. You have 30-days for your payment to be received to secure the sponsorship. Any sponsorship not received within 30 days will be released and listed as available for others to purchase.
- Code of Conduct and all other BOMA policies must be followed throughout the conference.
- Sponsorships are at discretion of SRC committee and can be revoked.
